We want our customers to love every item purchased from Art Providore. This is why we offer a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply return it in the original condition and we will refund you the full purchased price with no question asked!

Return and Refund
Your return request must be initiated within 30 days of the receipt of your item, and the item must be in the original condition. Please reach out to our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we will provide you the return address. Please note that we are not able to process any items which are returned without our prior agreement.
You shall be responsible for the shipping cost of returning your item back to us, such shipping cost is not refundable. We encourage you to use a trackable shipping service or purchase a shipping insurance for your return parcel. Art Providore cannot be held liable for any items lost in transit - lost return parcel will not be refunded or credited.
Once your return parcel is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm that your return has been processed. Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to show up. Refund can only be credited back to the credit/debit card or Paypal account that was used to make the original purchase.
Quality Issue/Wrong Item
We carefully check all our products for defects and damage prior to shipment, however, sometimes accident or mistake might happen and we sincerely apologize in advance if it happens.
If either of these rare events happens to you, please contact our support team at email@example.com within 72 hours of receipt of the item, and provide us a clear photo of the item(s) along with your order number. After we received the email from you and verify the issue, we will send a new replacement to you right away. We promise we will leave you satisfied!
Art Providore is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the packages are delivered to the shipping address, we are unable to issue a refund in this circumstance. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your shipping address and you have not received it please report it to your respective local shipping carrier as indicated by the tracking information. Due to personal configuration, custom-made products (e.g. Custom Paint by Numbers) are not returnable for a refund after purchase, unless the products are damaged/defective upon arrival, or materially different from what was ordered.
