Order Placing & Delivery

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
An order confirmation email will be sent to you after you have placed your order. Please allow 1-3 business days for us to verify the payment, quality check and package your order.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your parcel. The tracking number may take 1-3 business days to become active in the system. All your parcels are insured and have full door-to-door tracking for the safety of your orders.

Sometimes our email notifications might go into your Junk folder, so please do check your Junk folder if you do not see the email in your Inbox. Please mark our email contact@artprovidore.com as "Not Spam" so that our future email notifications can land in your Inbox.


Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! We ship to the following countries (in alphabetical order):

  • North America: Canada and United States;
  • South America: Brazil and Mexico;
  • Europe: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine and United Kingdom;
  • Asia and Oceania: Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea and Thailand.

When will my order arrive?
Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country, the estimated delivery time is between 7-20 business days. Note that delivery times may vary due to customs backlog, holiday seasons or adverse weather conditions, which might cause shipment delay. For this reason, all our shipping times are therefore guidelines only and specific delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Most of the time your parcel will arrive a lot quicker, we just want you to be aware that sometimes a delay may happen due to the nature of shipping business, which is beyond our control.

To ensure a fast delivery, please ensure that the delivery address is correct and the payment has been processed successfully.


Can I cancel my order?
After an order is placed, it is extremely difficult to cancel the order as we automate all our orders and each order is sent to our fulfilment centre for processing immediately for handling, inspection and packaging. However, we will do our best to fulfil your request if the order cancellation request is initiated within one calendar day after it is placed in our store.

We will not be able to accept an order cancellation request if the parcel has been sent out and is on its way to you. You may initiate a return request after receiving the parcel and we will process your return request accordingly. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more detail.

Due to the recent global pandemic, countries globally are going on lockdown and implement border control. A large number of international flights and shipping services are being disrupted, resulting in an unusual delay in the shipping schedule and the updates of tracking information.

Given the situation, there might be delays to our usual 7-20 business days delivery time, which is beyond our control as the global pandemic is affecting all shipping carriers. We seek your kind understanding at this difficult period.

Free International Shipping

Is there a minimum spend to be eligible for free shipping?
We offer FREE international standard shipping for orders with NO minimum purchase. Free shipping automatically applies during checkout.


Is there an express shipping option?
At Art Providore, we aim to bring you the best quality products at the lowest possible price. We prioritize great bargain for you over fast shipping. Whilst our standard international shipping time can be longer compared to express shipping, in the end, it is the value that counts - and this is where we shine.

Are customs duties and taxes included in the product price?
No. Import taxes, duties, tariffs and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. All customers are responsible for these charges within their own country and will not be covered by us. We have no control over these charges and we can't tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

Order Tracking

How do I track my order?
Once you get the tracking number, you may check the parcel delivery status by accessing the link provided in our shipment notification email. If you just received a shipment notification, please allow 2-3 business days for the tracking information to update in the system. If a tracking number is still not searchable after this period of time, please contact us and we will follow up with the shipping company.

You will be informed once there is further information.


I only received a part of my order, where are the rest of the items?
Due to multiple warehouses and fulfilment centres that we have, you may receive your order in separate parcels at a slightly different time. If this occurs, you'll be notified and receive a tracking number for each parcel. If you happen to receive just a part of your order, stay calm, the rest is on its way!


My parcel tracking status has remained the same for a few days. What's going on?
Don't worry! This is perfectly normal. When your parcel is in transit and moving across countries, tracking might be slow to update. Customs backlogs or holidays where the post offices are closed, could also be the reason for the slow update.

We encourage you to patiently wait for your order. If the status stays the same for over a week, please contact us by sending an email to contact@artprovidore.com.


My tracking number says the parcel was delivered, but I can't find it anywhere. What should I do?
If the package is not in your mailbox, please check with your neighbour/roommate/partner, who may have received the package on your behalf.
